PARKINSON’S: Join Holyhead and District Parkinsons Support Group for laughter and chats at Boston Centre Stage, Boston St: 2pm-4pm; every 3rd Thursday in the month; easy access from nearby car park. July and August - no meeting. The Support Group meet as usual for the rest of the year: September 19, October 17, November 21, December 19 will be the Christmas Lunch. New members and carers always welcome. This small, friendly group provides tea or coffee and cake, as well as information on how to manage and improve your condition. HOLYHEAD CANCER SUPPORT GROUP: Is a registered charity set up to offer support to those who are suffering or recovering from Cancer. Meetings take place at the Penucheldre Centre in Millbank in Holyhead on Weds, 11am-3.30pm. Variety of activities and therapies are offered in a pleasant, friendly atmosphere. Transport can be arranged to bring people to and from the venue by prior arrangement. The group has outings to places of interest during the spring and summer.
