Share your housing association woes

I write to ask if any readers are in the situation as me, namely, a leaseholder with Curo Places Ltd, Bath, the not-for-profit housing association, who has been confronted recently with arbitrary, dramatic, retrospective increases in his sinking fund and service charges. In the past I met all the charges levied by Curo, but I am unable to meet these dramatic new increases now, which thus may mean I will not be able to continue living in the home that I have occupied since July 2009.
