If you’re feeling peckish this weekend then we’ve pulled together all the best bits for the foodie. From Gregg Wallace to Christine Bailey, the choice for food related activities and talks is all a little overwhelmi­ng, here is our comprehens­ive guide for those who are eager to satisfy their stomachs as well as their minds.

■ Kick off your Saturday at Achieve with Chrissy White in Breakout Room 1 at 9.30am as she discusses ‘Vibrant Gourmet’ and the power that plant-based superfoods can have on your body and your brain.

■ Christine Bailey introduces Bristol to some ‘Healthy Gut Foods’ at 10.30am. She will be teaching us how to make our own Kimchi and making a Vegan Mango and Passionfru­it probiotic ‘cheesecake.’

■ Masterchef co-host Gregg Wallace will be cooking up ‘heathy tasty things for busy people’ in the Cookery Theatre at 11.15 - 12.15pm.

■ If you missed out on Christine Bailey earlier, or simply can’t get enough she will be back at 1.30pm with her husband talking all things family, especially if you’ve got kids with specific allergies.

■ At 3pm she teams up with Panasonic to create some vegan and gluten free grab and go breakfast bars and gluten free falafel bites with tahini dressing and is then back later with some vegan waffles and Mexican taco bowl.

■ Christine is back three times on Sunday with a gluten-free baking masterclas­s, healthy family food and fitness foods to fuel you for life.

■ Mudwalls Farm managing director George Beach talks Saturday and Sunday about the importance of food provenance and seasonalit­y.

■ Drink wise drink smart is the message from Tom Bell, managing director of Skinny Brands who will share the secret of their brands and their ‘89 calorie’ brand range which includes lager, cider and cocktails catch him on both Saturday and Sunday.
