CCTV appeal as cosmetics stolen at shop

An investigat­ion has been launched by police after around £900 worth of cosmetics were stolen in two shopliftin­g incidents in Bath.

Two men and a woman entered Lifestyle Pharmacy in Westgate Street at approximat­ely 2.45pm on Sunday, June 28.

Avon and Somerset Police say one of the men distracted staff while the other two suspects stole cosmetics worth around £500.

Another theft occurred on July 9 at 11am, which involved the same two men. One of the pair distracted staff while the other person took cosmetics to the value of £400.

Avon and Somerset Police has issued CCTV images of two people that police officers want to speak to about these offences.

The men in the CCTV images are described as in their early 30s. One had a slim build and short brown hair, glasses, and wore a green jacket with a denim shirt.

The other is described as being of proportion­ate build, with mid-length curly dark hair and a beard. He was wearing a light green hooded top with a black drawstring. The woman is described as mid-20s, of slim build with long brown hair, wearing glasses and a black Puma sweat top.
