Keep your appointment

Hospital chiefs have made a special film to encourage patients not to miss their important outpatient appointments.

The Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Clinical Commissioning Group is reporting a rise in the number of missed appointments and warning that doing so could have serious implications for long-term health.

The RUH Bath NHS Foundation Trust has made the short film encouraging patients to attend their appointments and reassuring them that procedures and measures are in place to help keep them and staff safe. The message is, although hospital may seem a bit different, services are still available.
