Celebrating our region’s best and brightest talent
The winners of the 2020 Bristollive and Bathlive Apprenticeship Awards have been announced
The rising stars were revealed at last night’s live-streamed event, sponsored by SGS College
The virtual red carpet was rolled out last night in honour of Bristol and Bath’s mostpromising young people.
The Bristollive & Bathlive Apprenticeship Awards were streamed live in a ceremony hosted by broadcaster and Bath resident, Ali Vowles. If you were unable to attend the awards, you can still catch-up.
Each year this eagerly-awaited celebration of talent and achievement takes place in order to recognise the continued efforts of apprentices and their employers or training providers.
Although these awards could not take place physically, as in previous years, we at Bristollive and Bathlive and our sponsors were determined to continue appreciating the hard work that is progressing skills and employment in our region.
Due to the outstanding nature of the entrants, it is always tough to whittle down the finalists and category winners. However, the following individuals and organisations impressed the judges and were named the winners of their individual categories.
The highlight of the evening was the Bristol & Bath Apprentice of the Year award which went to Harvey Castree from GKN Aerospace. The award was sponsored by our headline sponsors.
Each category was sponsored individually by local businesses which support our region’s progress in employment and employment-based learning.
