It’s Hereford’s turn to host the Three Choirs Festival, and connections to the city and its cathedral abound in the Binchois Consort’s late-medieval programme that weaves chant and motets around the Spanish composer Juan Cornago’s Mass Ayo Visto lo mappamundi.
