QED Performance XT25 £6 per metre

The most overlooked, and debated, hi-fi component, speaker cables can cost anything from 20p to £14,000 per metre. While I wouldn’t suggest either extreme, it’s worth investing a little more to give your amp and speakers a fighting chance. I’ve been hugely impressed with the QED XT25, which wraps 2.5mm oxygen-free copper wire around a hollow tube ensuring a more consistent signal, and therefore better performance.
