5 WOODLAND DELIGHT

In December 2017, I spent a cold and wet morning photographing bank voles at Millers Wood in west Sussex. My wife and I usually hire a hide at the wood three or four times a year, and on this occasion we were aiming to photograph bank voles. The small rodents we saw seemed very relaxed, and were happily feeding and cleaning themselves while we took photos. I kept the shutter speed and ISO high as they move quickly and it was quite dark.
