Ham and mustard on Irwin’s Sourdough

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

4 slices Irwin’s Artisan Sourdough 50g thinly-shaved Belfast ham Baby gem lettuce

5g wholegrain mustard

15g homemade piccalilli Pinch cracked black pepper 200ml chilli bean soup

Sandwich assembly: take two slices of Irwin’s Artisan Sourdough and spread each slice with a dollop of mustardy sweet piccalilli. Layer lots of shaved ham slices on top of the piccalilli. Top with leaves of baby gem lettuce. Season with a pinch of rock salt and black pepper. Spread the mustard on the second slice and flip over. Top the sandwich with this lid of Irwin’s Artisan Sourdough. Cut in half and enjoy with a bowl of piping hot chilli bean soup (below).
