Levels of air pollution set to increase across NI

EXPERTS say there is a strong possibility of moderate to high levels of air pollution in urban centres across Northern Ireland. The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs said levels were forecast to increase last night, persisting into today. The wind is expected to strengthen from the early hours of tomorrow morning which should disperse pollutants and bring levels down.
