Have-a-go heroes foil hijacker

A WOULD-BE hijacker was arrested in north Belfast after members of the public stepped in to stop him. A man approached a Toyota Avensis in traffic on Carlisle Road in the New Lodge on Saturday morning. He damaged the wipers and bonnetbeforeenteringthecar.However,aman aged 35 was arrested after people intervened.
