Condemnation of GAA by writer one-sided
I REFER to an article in the Belfast Telegraph (Comment, June 28) by Nelson McCausland, in which he criticised the GA A for a number of things he is unhappy with and also criticised the secretar y and chief executive of Ulster GA A, Brian McAvoy, for his defence of GA A clubs, grounds and competitions being named af ter republican terrorists. And, indeed, this should be criticised.
The reason for me taking so long to reply to the article was because I was hoping that Mr McCausland would have written a follow-up article to condemn the loyalist bands named af ter terrorists.
As there has been no such article, I can only assume that there are no loyalist bands named af ter terror-
