Royal flush
It’s a big moment for anyone, but when cheeky toddler Alfie Lunn – son of Mark and Michele Lunn, who both served in the armed forces – met the Queen recently, the excitement seemed a bit much. The twoyear-old was tasked with giving the monarch flowers at the unveiling of a memorial to honour those who served in Iraq and Afghanistan. He squirmed in his mum’s arms before making a grab for the posy he’d given the queen. Thankfully, it made our Liz smile!
