Emma Willis diet secrets

Just 10 months after having her third child, Emma Willis is looking hotter than ever – but is it time to slow down?

- WORDS: KELLY ALLEN

She gave birth to her third child, Trixie, just 10 months ago. But while most new mums would struggle to get rid of that stubborn post-baby bulge, Emma Willis is already tiny compared to the woman who hosted Celebrity Big Brother last year.

So when The Voice UK live shows kicked off on ITV, it wasn’t just the singers who wowed the audience – it was Emma’s smoking-hot figure.

Since last summer, according to dietitian Helen Bond, Emma – who recently celebrated her 41st birthday – has shed at least 1st 7lb in weight, not to mention how super-toned her arms and legs look. Helen says, ‘She’s a size 8 now, as opposed to last summer when I’d say she was a size 12 and about 10st 5lb.’

Emma – who also has daughter Isabelle, seven, and son Ace, five, with her husband, Busted star Matt Willis – looks incredible. And it’s all thanks to Olly Murs, who recommended his personal trainer, Rob Solly, to whip her back into shape.

Emma, who also attended a gruelling fitness retreat in Ibiza last September, confessed, ‘I quit sugar and I’ve been working hard in the gym.’

She also swears by a five-day juice cleanse a few times a year.

However, the magic ingredient seems to have been Rob. He came to Emma’s home with his gym equipment, and put her through her paces with high-intensity interval training (HIIT), press-ups, TRX drills such as pistol squats, deadlifts with weights and boxing.

Emma revealed, ‘Being 40 and pregnant with my third child, it’s no surprise the cellulite on my legs got out of control. When even my mum noticed it, I knew I had to get a trainer.

‘I worked full-on,’ she added. ‘I’ve always dipped in and out and stayed active, but this time I properly had a schedule and a routine – and it worked!’

According to Helen, who estimates Emma’s BMI at 19.7, she’s still healthy, but just another half stone of weightloss would push the busy mum into the ‘underweight’ range.

And fans of The Voice are already tweeting their concern about her size. One viewer said, ‘Normally beautiful but too pale and far too thin!’ – and this despite the star being anti-diet and last week saying, ‘ We don’t use the word “diets” in our house.’

She definitely owes Olly a drink for hooking her up with his personal trainer. Just don’t lose any more weight, Emma…
