Frozen mango margarita

MAKES 1

1 small mango 35ml tequila 25ml triple sec 2tsp fresh lime juice 2tsp agave syrup A small scoop of ice cubes Cut two thin wedges from the mango for garnish. Peel and pit the remaining mango and finely chop the flesh. Put all the ingredient­s in a blender and whizz until smooth. Pour into a glass and stand the mango wedges inside to serve.
