1 The Real Full Monty THURSDAY, ITV, 8.30PM What does it take to persuade eight male celebs to get their kit off in front of a crowd at the London Palladium? Well, marking the 20th anniversary of iconic movie The Full Monty while raising awareness of cancers in men seems to have done the job! Alexander Armstrong presents, and the brave gents baring all include Wayne Sleep, McFly’s Harry Judd and Matthew Wolfenden, whose character in Emmerdale battled testicular cancer. Matthew says, ‘ When my agent told me I had to get naked on stage at the Palladium, I said no and put the phone down. But then I found out it was raising awareness for testicular and prostate cancer, so it was a no-brainer for me.’

WEDNESDAY, QUEST RED, 9PM NEW SERIES If you love Orange Is The New Black, this look inside a real women’s prison is for you. The programme meets some of the 600 inmates of Indiana’s maximum-security jail, where unlikely prisoners include former soccer mom Alicia and preacher’s daughter Hannah.
3 CelebAbility THURSDAY, ITV2, 10PM NEW SERIES This new knockabout game show pits five pals against five celebrities, with rounds based on skills the stars are proud of. Comedian Iain Stirling hosts, and Vicky Pattison and Corrie’s Mikey North are among the competing celebs.

WEDNESDAY, BBC TWO, 9PM A year has passed since Labour MP and young mum Jo Cox was murdered in the street by a far-right extremist during the EU referendum campaign. This poignant documentary tells the story of the tragedy through those who knew Jo, and her killer, Thomas Mair. 5 Ripper Street MONDAY, BBC TWO, 9PM NEW SERIES Following the grisly death of Bennett Drake (Jerome Flynn) last series, the team reunites to attempt to bring his murderer to justice. Matthew Macfadyen and MyAnna Buring (above) return to the moody Victorian detective drama.
