Breakfast ½ small honeydew melon, cubed, topped with 2tbsp Greek yoghurt. Handful of almonds. Lunch 1 small carton vegetable soup. 2 slices of Cheddar cheese. Large bunch of grapes. Supper 1 medium salmon steak, brushed with olive oil and 1tbsp pesto. 3tbsp cooked-weight couscous. Handful of sugar snap peas.
