Breakfast Half a breakfast bagel, toasted with 1tbsp crème fraîche. Small tub pineapple chunks. Lunch 1 wholemeal pitta, 3tbsp hummus and veggie sticks – cucumber, green pepper and celery. Supper Chicken and mushroom stir-fry: toss 1 medium chicken breast, cut into thin strips, in 1tsp stir-fry oil for 3 mins. Add 1 carton of stir-fry veggies, handful of sliced mushrooms, 1tbsp soy sauce. 1 fruit yoghurt.
