Breakfast 1 ruby red grapefruit. 1 slice wholemeal toast with 1tsp fruit spread
or honey. Lunch 1 wholemeal pitta filled with lettuce, cucumber and red pepper slices, handful of prawns, 1tsp sweet chilli sauce. 1 kiwi fruit. Supper 1 medium tuna or fillet steak, pan-fried for 7-10 mins. Serve with 3tbsp courgettes and carrots.
