DIY facial mist
They provide an instant way to refresh your face throughout the day, but shop-bought facial mists can cost a fortune. Hold back from splashing the cash and get creative in the kitchen for cheap ways to freshen up. You can pick up a spray bottle from pound stores – just ensure it’s clean before filling it up. Stick the bottle in the fridge so the mist is lovely and cool.
FOR DRY SKIN: Slice up a cucumber and a lime and let them sit in hot water overnight before straining into a bottle.
FOR SENSITIVE SKIN: Pour hot water on to a peppermint tea bag for a minute. Leave to cool before putting in the fridge until it’s cold.
