3 Stage 1, the 10 Day Boost, has restricted carbs but encourages you to eat up to 400g lean, fresh meat, poultry and fish, plus salad each day. Stages 2 and 3 introduce metabolic boosting wholegrain­s and vegetables to your diet to help you burn calories faster, and there are easy-to-follow food trackers of Limited and Unlimited Foods from which you can pick and choose to make meals varied. On the final Switch phase, you combine all the stages so you’re eating a calorie-controlled, well-balanced diet that you can follow long term.
