FRIDAY, CHANNEL 4, 9PM NEW SERIES Can you believe it’s series 10 of the fly-on-thewall series? Who would ever have thought that watching people watching telly could be quite so entertaining? But thanks to our favourite straight-talking TV critics – including Leon and June, the Woerdenwebers (above) and Chris and Stephen – it’s become a mustwatch to kick off the weekend in style. TUESDAY, BBC ONE, 9PM NEW SERIES The wait’s over as Suranne Jones returns as the vengeful GP Gemma Foster. Two years on since the end of her marriage and ex-husband Simon (Bertie Carvel) returns to Parminster, married to lover Kate. Will Gemma take it lying down? Will she heck.

WEDNESDAY, CHANNEL 4, 10PM NEW SERIES If you loved Peep Show then rejoice – Mitchell and Webb are back. This time around, David Mitchell plays Stephen, who returns to his home town to run his late dad’s pub and is reunited with Andrew (Robert Webb), the family’s former foster son – and Stephen’s sworn enemy.

THURSDAY, ITV, 9PM NEW SERIES Handsome Stephen Moyer (alias True Blood’s Vampire Bill) returns to the moody drama set around a police safe house in scenic Anglesey. There’s a fantastic support cast including Zoe Tapper, Dervla Kirwan and Jason Watkins.

MONDAY, E4, 10PM NEW SERIES Get ready for the return of the show in which famous faces try to find love with us mere mortals, featuring Calum Best, TOWIE’s Bobby Norris and Made In Chelsea’s Georgia ‘Toff’ Toffolo.
