Nadia would be the first to admit that bingeeating can’t be ‘ cured’ – it’s something you learn to manage. So it’s only natural that the TV star has the odd wobble. Recalling a recent trip to best friend Kaye Adams’ house, Nadia reveals she was left tormented for days after. ‘I was a bit peckish, and got Kaye’s daughter to get me a bag of Doritos. Normally, I’d have a small packet, but she came back with a family-size bag, and I ate the whole thing,’ she says. ‘The recriminations went on for two days! I felt horrible inside, physically sick – it was disgusting.’
