30g bowl porridge with semi-skimmed milk. Handful fresh berries, 1tsp honey. 5-minute lunch 1 small tub hummus with cucumber, pepper and celery sticks. 1 small wholemeal roll. Store cupboard supper 1 ready-roasted chicken breast with 2 potatoes, dry roasted. 1 small pack frozen vegetables, 1tsp gravy. 1 scoop low-fat ice cream with fresh berries.
