Kilted yoga

If anyone’s going to encourage us to exercise more, it’s Finlay Wilson. The qualified yoga teacher has amassed a dedicated fan base not only in his native Dundee, where he teaches classes, but also on his own YouTube channel. The fact that the 30-year-old often practises in just a kilt might have something to do with it… Now the Scot has lent his talents to his first book, Kilted Yoga: Yoga Laid Bare (£7.99, Hodder & Stoughton), out later this month, a guide to the ‘fundamentals of yoga’ – with a few nice pics to look at, too. Not your average coffee-table book…
