Wake up happy breakfast Small bowl wholegrain cereal with 3tbsp almond or coconut milk, handful of raspberries. 1 glass unsweetened juice. Lighten up lunch 1 small can baked beans on 1 slice wholemeal toast. Handful of strawberries. Set the mood supper 1 medium turkey steak, baked in oven for 30 mins. Serve with 3 new potatoes, handful each of broccoli and
carrots, 1tbsp chicken stock. 1 small banana.
