Wake up happy breakfast 1 boiled egg, 1 slice rye bread. Handful of strawberri­es. Lighten up lunch Chicken Caesar salad: toss together lettuce, 1 cooked and sliced chicken breast, pepper and cucumber slices, 1tsp reduced-fat Caesar dressing and handful of pine nuts. Set the mood supper 1 medium salmon fillet, brushed with 1tsp pesto, pan-fried for 10 mins with 3tbsp each of sweet potato mash and broccoli.
