Wake up happy breakfast 1 small bowl unsweetened muesli, 3 chopped apricots, handful of blueberries, 3tbsp almond milk, a small dollop of Greek yoghurt. Lighten up lunch 1 avocado mashed with 1tsp fresh salsa spread on 1 slice wholemeal bread, toasted. Handful of grapes. Set the mood supper 1 turkey escalope or steak, pan-fried in 1tsp olive oil. Drizzle with lemon juice and season. 3tbsp each
brown rice and sweetcorn.
