I love my dog, Fred, and I know I spoil him.

But, apparently, not enough. The Americans – who usually, ahem, lead the way in barkingly brilliant crazes – have just come up with the next big thing… Dog Bars that serve mocktails, such as the Pincher Colada and Terrier Sunrise.

Oh, yes, no more sitting on the cold pavement outside Costa Coffee for these pampered pooches. In fact, the more discerning dog bowl palates are even being served a Sauvignon Bark from Bark Vineyards. This is a grape-free, (if you didn’t know already, grapes are poisonous to pets) alcohol-free white with an irresistible chicken aroma. Chin, chin, Fred!.
