Breakfast Lunch

Christmas smoothie Finely chop 1 banana and ½cm fresh ginger. Add to a blender, along with 1 low-fat yoghurt, a handful of blueberrie­s, raspberrie­s and milk from your allowance. Blitz and pour into a tall glass. Finally, sprinkle a pinch of oats and cinnamon over the top. Vegetable soup Heat up a can of vegetable soup

and add ⅓ can of mixed beans to it. Warm it through gently, then serve with a wholemeal roll topped with low-fat spread.

Dinner Veggie pasta

Sauté ½ leak, ½ courgette and mushrooms in a pan. Add 100g Quorn pieces to the pan and simmer gently until cooked. Finally, stir in ½ cup of cooked wholemeal pasta and ½ small jar passata. Heat the mixture through and serve.
