Break­fast Lunch

Christ­mas smoothie Finely chop 1 banana and ½cm fresh gin­ger. Add to a blender, along with 1 low-fat yo­ghurt, a hand­ful of blue­ber­ries, rasp­ber­ries and milk from your al­lowance. Blitz and pour into a tall glass. Fi­nally, sprin­kle a pinch of oats and cin­na­mon over the top. Veg­etable soup Heat up a can of veg­etable soup

and add ⅓ can of mixed beans to it. Warm it through gen­tly, then serve with a whole­meal roll topped with low-fat spread.

Din­ner Veg­gie pasta

Sauté ½ leak, ½ cour­gette and mush­rooms in a pan. Add 100g Quorn pieces to the pan and sim­mer gen­tly un­til cooked. Fi­nally, stir in ½ cup of cooked whole­meal pasta and ½ small jar pas­sata. Heat the mix­ture through and serve.
