Break­fast 2 slices of fruit loaf with low-fat spread. 1 cle­men­tine.

Lunch Omelette made with 2 eggs, 30g low-fat Ched­dar and oil spray. Serve with salad.

Din­ner Casse­role: Fry 1 sliced chicken breast and onion in low-fat spray oil. Bake in a dish with 1 can of mixed veg, 1 stock cube, 1 cup of wa­ter and 1tbsp olive oil. 1 slice of bread.
