Break­fast 40g por­ridge oats with 200ml skimmed milk, topped with berries. Lunch Mix a hand­ful of tur­key bits into a salad. 1 slice of whole­meal bread. Din­ner Veg­gie chilli: Sauté ¼ onion, ½ pep­per and ¼ cour­gette. Add a small can of kid­ney beans and a small can of chopped toma­toes. Serve with ⅔ cup of cooked brown rice.
