Breakfast 40g porridge oats with 200ml skimmed milk, topped with berries. Lunch Mix a handful of turkey bits into a salad. 1 slice of wholemeal bread. Dinner Veggie chilli: Sauté ¼ onion, ½ pepper and ¼ courgette. Add a small can of kidney beans and a small can of chopped tomatoes. Serve with ⅔ cup of cooked brown rice. Treat Christmas cocktail
