Breakfast 2 Weetabix with 200ml skimmed milk and a pinch of raisins. 1 apple. Lunch 1 finger roll filled with 1 frankfurte­r and 1tsp tomato sauce. 1 clementine. Dinner Veggie pasta: Mix 1 sliced and roasted pepper, onion and ½ courgette with ⅔ cup of cooked pasta and a small glug of passata. Treat Prosecco sweet snack
