DAY 6
Breakfast Berry smoothie: Blend 1 chopped banana, 1 pot of low-fat yoghurt, a handful of berries and ½cm of fresh ginger. Lunch 1 medium jacket potato, a blob of low-fat spread and a small sprinkling of low-fat Cheddar.
Dinner Poach 1 haddock fillet in skimmed milk (not from your allowance) until tender. Serve with a little mash and green beans.
