Break­fast Berry smoothie: Blend 1 chopped ba­nana, 1 pot of low-fat yo­ghurt, a hand­ful of berries and ½cm of fresh gin­ger. Lunch 1 medium jacket potato, a blob of low-fat spread and a small sprin­kling of low-fat Ched­dar.

Din­ner Poach 1 had­dock fil­let in skimmed milk (not from your al­lowance) un­til ten­der. Serve with a lit­tle mash and green beans.
