How do I make the first move?

I’m very attracted to a man at work – but I don’t know how to make the first move! We’ve exchanged a few glances, he stops to speak to me (usually to wind me up!) and there’s definitely chemistry. But we’re both quite shy. Help!

It sounds like there is a spark there. I know it’s scary, but take a deep breath and approach him. If you don’t ask, you don’t get! In this day and age, it’s perfectly acceptable for a woman to invite a man out for a drink or a bite to eat after work. Alternatively, if you have tickets for the theatre or a concert, why not tell him you have a spare and ask if he’d like to go with you? It’s a more gentle approach than, ‘Would you like to go on a date?’ Good luck!
