Fol­low the plan (right) for one month only, which in­cludes break­fast, lunch, din­ner and one snack daily. You can also have a Prosecco treat ev­ery other day – yay! Feel free to sub­sti­tute for a nor­mal snack, if you pre­fer. Drink at least eight glasses of fluid per day, in­clud­ing wa­ter, sugar-free squash, and tea and cof­fee with a splash of skimmed milk. Your daily milk al­lowance is 300ml skimmed milk. Milk with ce­real doesn’t come out of your al­lowance.


l Christ­mas cock­tail Fill a small wine glass halfway with Prosecco, then add a small splash of pome­gran­ate juice and a sprig of mint. l Cle­men­tine and Prosecco jel­lies Soak two gela­tine sheets in a bowl of cold wa­ter for 3 mins. Squeeze the juice of three clemen­tines into a small pan. Heat un­til it be­gins to sim­mer, then re­move and add the gela­tine, mix­ing un­til there are no lumps. Add the juice of an­other cle­men­tine (not heated) and a small wine glass of Prosecco. Pour into two small glasses and chill un­til set. l Prosecco sweet snacks Choose 1/16th slice of Asda Ex­tra Special Ital­ian Prosecco Panet­tone (£7 for 750g) or two Lake­land Clas­sic Prosecco Gum­mies (£2.99 for 100g).
