HOW IT WORKS
Follow the plan (right) for one month only, which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and one snack daily. You can also have a Prosecco treat every other day – yay! Feel free to substitute for a normal snack, if you prefer. Drink at least eight glasses of fluid per day, including water, sugar-free squash, and tea and coffee with a splash of skimmed milk. Your daily milk allowance is 300ml skimmed milk. Milk with cereal doesn’t come out of your allowance.
l Christmas cocktail Fill a small wine glass halfway with Prosecco, then add a small splash of pomegranate juice and a sprig of mint. l Clementine and Prosecco jellies Soak two gelatine sheets in a bowl of cold water for 3 mins. Squeeze the juice of three clementines into a small pan. Heat until it begins to simmer, then remove and add the gelatine, mixing until there are no lumps. Add the juice of another clementine (not heated) and a small wine glass of Prosecco. Pour into two small glasses and chill until set. l Prosecco sweet snacks Choose 1/16th slice of Asda Extra Special Italian Prosecco Panettone (£7 for 750g) or two Lakeland Classic Prosecco Gummies (£2.99 for 100g).
