Breakfast 2 slices of toast with low-fat spread. Lunch Roast: 2 thin slices of turkey breast, 2 roast potatoes and vegetables with a small drizzle of gravy. Dinner Stir-fry: Fry 100g lean pork, ½ packet of stir-fry vegetables, a little soy sauce and ½ inch chopped ginger in low-cal oil spray. Cook through before adding a handful of noodles. Treat Christmas cocktail
