1 Pilgrimage: The Road To Santiago
FRIDAY, BBC TWO, 9PM NEW SERIES Here’s a new take on the format of removing celebrities from their comfort zones. It’s perfect for Easter, because this group is being sent on a religious pilgrimage. This new three-parter sees comedian Ed Byrne, singer Heather Small, former Strictly star Debbie McGee and investigative journalist Raphael Rowe as part of a group of hikers lacing up their boots to take on the famous medieval pilgrimage, the Camino de Santiago. The group – made up of a variety of faiths and beliefs – have just a fortnight to tackle the ancient path and, on the way, they will live as simple Catholic pilgrims, allowing them to reflect on their faith (or lack of). The series kicks off with a 26km hike, revelations, tears, and more than a few blisters!

THURSDAY, ITV, 9PM One year on from the first of four terror attacks that hit Britain in 2017, this brandnew landmark 90-minute film special tells the personal stories of people who were caught up in the atrocities in Westminster, at Manchester Arena, London Bridge and outside Finsbury Park Mosque.
