Berry porridge

SERVES 1 Microwave 40g porridge oats with 250ml water on high for 2 mins. Stir, then microwave again until it’s at the desired consistenc­y. In a bowl, mix 50g blueberrie­s, 50g strawberri­es and 50g 0% fat natural yoghurt. Serve the berries on top of the porridge and mix through.
