Breakfast Overnight oats (40g oats, 100ml apple juice, 2 tbsp 0% Greek yoghurt). Berries, 3 almonds. Lunch Salad: blanched green beans, ¼ avocado, 125g prawns, rocket, 2tsp olive oil. Dinner 125g roast pork, roast potatoes, broccoli, carrots and gravy.
