This Easter sundae recipe is egg-cellent!
Easter is a pretty decadent time of year – and this new egg-cocktail hybrid, devised by mixologist Missy Flynn, really takes the biscuit (well, chocolate!)…
1 chocolate egg
50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
Toppings, such as chocolate sponge, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, dried raspberries and meringue
Carefully cut an Easter egg open widthways at the top (use a knife dipped in boiling water to help). Layer your ingredients inside the egg, then pour the Baileys on top. Enjoy through a straw!
