Easter is a pretty decadent time of year – and this new egg-cocktail hybrid, devised by mixologist Missy Flynn, really takes the biscuit (well, chocolate!)…

1 chocolate egg

50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream

Toppings, such as chocolate sponge, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, dried raspberrie­s and meringue

Carefully cut an Easter egg open widthways at the top (use a knife dipped in boiling water to help). Layer your ingredient­s inside the egg, then pour the Baileys on top. Enjoy through a straw!
