A waffly good dessert

Turns out that ice cream is a pretty versatile substance, what with cookies and even tacos being used to house the sweet stuff. Does this mean bowls and spoons are now a thing of the past? This time, creative Pinteresters are using waffles to make ice cream sandwiches. In the case of food blogger Let’s Eat Cake, vanilla ice cream is used as the filling and the sides of the ‘sandwich’ are dipped in various toppings – chocolate chips, rainbow drops, penny sweets.
