Follow our seven-day meal plan (right) for a month to lose up to 1st. It includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks a day.

Drink at least 2ltr of fluid daily, including water, tea and coffee (with a dash of semi-skimmed milk). Drink a cup of green tea and 150ml of Kefir (available at supermarke­ts) each day.
