1 boiled egg with 2 slices of wholemeal toast.
Lunch
1 medium jacket potato with 2tbsp coleslaw.
Dinner
Casserole: Cook 1 chicken breast, 2 celery sticks, 1 leek, 4tbsp lentils, handful mushrooms, 1 stock cube and 1pt water. 1 Ryvita.
