Whatever Loose Woman Linda Robson is doing, it’s working a treat…

Linda Robson has impressed everyone with her lifestyle overhaul, and subsequent weight loss, in the past year or two.

She has, she says, lost around 2st 7lb, and dropped three dress sizes to a size 12 (though, back in April she admitted she’s ‘stopped weighing myself’).

But, judging by recent pictures, the Birds Of A Feather star has upped her game even further – she now looks positively tiny.

Linda vowed to lose weight after a diabetes scare last year, and has proved to be a total trooper. She’s apparently ditched not only sugar, but also her nightly glass (or three) of wine, something she has admitted was ‘the hardest thing’ of all.

But, as anyone who’s been on a diet will know, losing the weight is one thing but keeping it off is another. Linda’s been very successful, but just what is her big secret?

Sharing a video last week on Instagram, the actress, 60, revealed that she relies on yoga to stay in shape.

Uploading an image of herself doing her best ‘downward dog’ pose, Linda wrote, ‘Just got back from my yoga class. Going really relaxes me and sets me up for the day. Off for lunch now, catch up later.’

In a sporty black top and leggings, the Londoner looked like she’d shed some serious pounds recently. And when did she get so flexible?!

Followers were equally bowled over, commenting, ‘Good for you, Linda! Great to see you keeping the exercise up’ and ‘ You’ve done so well. You look amazing!’

Ro Huntriss, the expert nutritioni­st behind The TerriAnn 123 Diet Plan, told best, ‘Linda looks like she has dropped around three dress sizes, going from a 16-18 to 10-12.

‘ When we get older, it is more difficult to lose weight – we need fewer calories, our hormone levels change, and we tend to lose muscle mass, which means we are less efficient at burning calories – so Linda has done a fantastic job in losing this weight.’

It just goes to show that slow and steady really can win the race. All Linda’s regular exercising and healthy eating has truly paid off.

And this is the lady that has admitted in the past to spending ‘most of my life on diets’ that didn’t work.

‘I’ve just turned 60 and I feel better and fitter than I did at 50!’ she admitted recently.

You go, girl! The only part we’re not entirely convinced about yet is saying ciao to Chardonnay…
