Shane’s shock split

-

Singing sensation Shane Lynch has become one of the first relationship victims of Coronavirus. The 43-year-old has left his wife of 13 years – Sheena White – and their two daughters (Billie Rae, 11, and Marley Mae, seven) in their Surrey home, after admitting to ‘being at each other’s throats’ in lockdown.

‘ We have had difficult times and are going through difficult times right now in this isolation thing... I’m not even in my family home because me and her were at each other’s throats. It wasn’t a good time or a good space,’ he revealed.

Describing life with his second wife, the Irish star went on to say that things had become strained between them, but he was holding on to the hope that they have a future together.

‘ You find out things about relationships and it can be very difficult. It can be a struggle. I pray the longer me and my wife are apart... it will build a strongness – so when we get back together, life will continue to be amazing in the next 15, 20, 30 years.

‘I don’t know God’s plan. Just because I love her and I love my children, does that mean there’s something new for me in life? I don’t know. I have to wait my time.’

Shane tied the knot with backing singer Sheena in an intimate ceremony in 2007, just eight months after he appeared on ITV’s Celebrity Love Island, which he left early – after realising Sheena was his ‘one true love’.

The striking couple welcomed their first child, Billie Rae in October 2008 and celebrated the birth of their second daughter, Marley Mae, in September 2012.

It just goes to show – not even celebrities are immune to the cracks that lockdown can bring to light in a relationship. Here’s hoping that, No Matter What they’re going through (sorry, we had to!), these two can patch up their differences.
