Victoria Beckham, 46, is thought to be terrified at the idea of being left to fend for herself with the kids – in case they’re targeted by criminals.
It’s likely that David will be heading to Miami – the home of his MLS soccer team – when lockdown is fully lifted.
After two attempted breakins at the couple’s luxurious bolthole in the Cotswolds, said to have left the pair ‘shaken’, the Beckhams are reportedly planning to build an underground escape tunnel.
The world-famous couple, who have been married for two decades, were left terrified after a notorious, balaclava-clad gang was suspected of carrying out two botched raids on their country home, between October and November 2018.
Scarily, it’s also been claimed, the group – whose names cannot be revealed – has been linked to murders, drug dealing and extortion over the past three decades.
Following the ordeal, the couple – who are also said to have installed a panic room at their £30m west London mansion – erected a ‘prisonstyle’ razor wire fence around the property.
Victoria and David, 45, have been self-isolating at their stunning estate, alongside their three youngest children, Romeo, 17, Cruz, 15, and eight-year-old Harper.
Eldest Brooklyn, 21, has been holed up in New York with girlfriend Nicola Peltz, 25.
As lockdown starts to lift, it would be understandable if the fashion designer was getting antsy that the comforting bubble she’s been in with her family for the past few months is about to burst.
