1 Building on the success of SmartPoints® and ZeroPoint™ foods – those foods that form the basis of healthy eating habits – myWW is WW’s most customised weight-loss programme ever, offering more flexibility and freedom than ever before.
2 Science-backed research shows everyone’s weight loss needs are different. The myWW programme makes losing weight easier, with three comprehensive ways to follow the programme based on individual food preferences and lifestyle behaviours. Based on nutritional science, myWW gives your body what it needs without you going hungry.
3 The myWW programme gives you a choice of three plans, Green, Blue or Purple. It takes your personal needs into account and figures out which option suits your lifestyle best. Green guides you towards 100+ ZeroPoint™ foods, with a minimum of 30 SmartPoints® to spend on other foods you love (perfect if you tend to eat out often). Blue is based on 200+ ZeroPoint™ foods to build meals around, with a minimum of 23 SmartPoints®. (Current WW members will recognise this plan as WW Freestyle.) Purple is comprised of 300+ ZeroPoint™ foods – great for carb lovers! – and a minimum of 16 SmartPoints®. All three plans are as healthy as each other, all lead to equal weight loss, and all offer freedom and flexibility.
4 New members take an evidencebased self-assessment that considers food preferences, activity levels, lifestyle and approach to weight loss, and matches them to the plan that works best for them.
*Every food and drink has a SmartPoints® value: one simple number based on the calories, protein, saturated fat and sugar it contains. Protein drives the SmartPoints® value down, while sugar and saturated fat drive it up. You have a personalised SmartPoints® budget based on your age, weight, height and sex. As long as you don’t overspend, you can expect to lose up to 2lbs a week.
