Danny Dyer fury! Propa nawty!
Danny Dyer’s in a nightmare every parent dreads…
His Cockney sayings are as well known as his handsome mug – but you can only imagine what Danny Dyer was thinking as he was snapped looking stonyfaced, after the father of his seven-month-old grandson was put behind bars…
He rarely pulls a proverbial punch. And when EastEnders
actor Danny Dyer was snapped leaving his daughter’s house recently, it’s fair to say he didn’t look ‘appy’. And we can only imagine what he was thinking…
Possibly ‘Propa nawty!’ or ‘There’s been more backstabbing than in Albert Square.’
His visit came amid claims police were set to search the property – after Dani’s ex, Sammy Kimmence, was jailed for a £34,000 fraud deal.
The endearing Love Island
star shared her Essex home with Kimmence, who she was dating on and off before she went on the ITV2 show (where she met Jack Fincham) and her son with Kimmence, Santi, is now seven months old.
The police are said to be searching for assets, including cars, watches, jewellery and designer clothes, that could potentially be auctioned off for cash.
It is not exactly the stable environment you envision for your child – or indeed your first grandson – and protective Danny must be feeling upset that his darling daughter’s first taste of motherhood has been so fraught.
A confiscation hearing will take place next month, in which it’s believed Kimmence’s legal team will explain how he intends to pay back his victims.
He is thought to have disgustingly duped Peter Martin, 91, and Peter Haynes, 81, by persuading the vulnerable pensioners to let him invest their money and then splashed out on restaurants, hotels and clothes.
It’s been reported that when Dani realised the severity with which Kimmence groomed the pensioners to fund his lifestyle – she split with him. At the time of the crimes, Kimmence worked as a Senior Trader at Equine Global Sports Limited, which subsequently went into liquidation.
Some of the money the company received was used to place bets on horse racing.
After Equine Global Sports ceased trading, it is reported that Kimmence contacted two of his elderly clients and pretended he would continue investing their money in the same way but instead used it to fund his own lavish lifestyle.
He also spent it in nightclubs and acquired a personalised number plate for his Mercedes, leaving one victim, who had believed in the investments, ‘living on the breadline’.
Mr Martin, who lived in Havant, Hants, died last November, while Mr Haynes is now suffering from Alzheimer’s.
Thought to have been left in the dark about what was really going on, Dani is said to be focusing on her ‘absolute pride and joy’ Santi – but her famous dad looks to be absolutely fuming at his daughter’s predicament.
Every parent wants a fairytale ending for their children, and this man could not be further from ‘Prince Charming’.
But Dani always has her doting dad to rely on – and she paid a touching tribute to him when he turned 44 last week.
‘So grateful to have a person like you in my life. Thank you for the laughs… and being the most amazing grandad to Santi. Love you millions.’
Our advice, Dani? No one ever regrets their children. Enjoy. And secretly, we don’t think your ‘hardman’ dad is anything but soft when it comes to family.
